Returns and Warranty

An RGA form is required to be submitted with ALL returned parts. Parts without the proper RGA form will not be accepted for review. Special order parts are non-returnable.

You must mark on the form if the part(s) you are returning are new or warranty and the reason for the return. New returns must be in a resalable condition (original packaging). All returns over 30 days of original purchase are subject to a restocking fee.

New and warranty returns are to be sent back prepaid by the customer unless authorized by an agent. If parts are returned without an authorized RGA form the return will be subject to a $15.00 administration fee.

All the products we sell are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. Defective product(s) will be replaced free of charge pending approval by the manufacturer. Freight and labour are not covered by Eagle Manufacturing.

Return fees do not apply to defective products or returns due to Eagle Manufacturing error. Shipping fees incurred by Eagle Manufacturing will be the buyer's responsibility to pay if the buyer purchased the wrong part, or if the item is no longer needed. Shipping fees would include the outbound and inbound freight charges.

In accordance with our return policies, Eagle Manufacturing reserves the right to withhold shipping costs from the refund as a restocking fee of up to 20% of the order total. Product returned must be complete with all components, and in its original packaging and condition (not installed), otherwise, Eagle Manufacturing reserves the right to withhold 50% on the refund. Eagle Manufacturing reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns.

Eagle Manufacturing warrants its products, when purchased from an Authorized Reseller, to be free from manufacturer’s defects for a period of three years from the date of purchase. During this period, Eagle Manufacturing, through its Authorized Reseller, will repair or replace at no expense to the limited warranty holder, any part found to be defective as a result of the manufacturing process (see How to make a claim).

Eagle Manufacturing does not warrant against defects resulting from improper assembly, installations, misuse, abuse, accidents, product modifications, negligence or deterioration of the finish due to improper maintenance or exposure to chemicals and/or other unusual environmental conditions. This warranty does not extend in any respect to accessories or parts not produced by Eagle Manufacturing and shall not extend to any consequential or incidental damages.

This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and of all other obligations or liabilities on the part of Eagle Manufacturing. Eagle Manufacturing neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any other liability in connection with the sale of its products.

Some provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or limits on implied warranties, therefore the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Eagle Manufacturing does not warrant any products purchased from unauthorized resellers.
